I cultivated a wide knowledge of communication fundamentals and enriched my own skills as a graphic designer while studying Graphic Design at California State University, Chico (CSU) and abroad in Italy. At CSU, working as a Graphic Design Intern, I assisted the University’s Senior Designers on campus to provide posters, logos, ads, banners and other designs to the departments and organizations across campus. The work was highly demanding and taught me the importance of tight deadlines, customer service and client relations. In Italy, I had the unique pleasure of working alongside an artist/designer Federico Paris in his established boutique agency where I learned stamp printing, stenciling and geometric sculpture modeling. Currently, as a Head Designer and Project Manager for an established coaching company (Creative Successful Entrepreneurs) and a fast-growing cannabis research/content development start-up (Csequence), I am tasked with a plethora of design challenges, production and marketing initiatives and company wide administrative needs. A fast and eager learner, I handle social media, video editing, title animation, marketing and branding for multimedia events and many administrative needs related to those roles. I am also currently employed at a retail company called NAVPEAK, where I create t-shirt designs (approximately 20 designs/week) for bulk inventory distributed to large retailers such as Nordstroms. Additionally, I make production files and coordinate with the sales team to create marketing materials for buyers. I can follow instructions meticulously and bring a level of professionalism to any environment by communicating well with others.
